By purchasing from or using the You Were Held website ("the Site"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
You Were Held offers digital grief support products delivered as downloadable PDF files and, depending on your selected tier, additional services including audio recordings, a handwritten card, a star dedication, and remembrance emails. All digital products are delivered immediately after purchase through our website.
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to download your digital files. These files are for your personal use only. You may print them for yourself and your immediate family. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the files publicly.
If your tier includes a handwritten card, it will be mailed to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery. If your tier includes remembrance emails, these will be sent to your email address on the dates you provide. You may opt out of remembrance emails at any time by contacting us.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are charged as a one-time payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You will receive an email receipt from Stripe upon purchase.
We understand that grief is unpredictable, and what feels right one day may not feel right the next. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at hello@youwereheld.com and we will work with you to find a resolution. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis with compassion and without judgment.
